Code of Conduct
Introduction
The following set of rules are to be followed by everyone, workers or non-workers. They apply to the HQ and any LAPD related room owned by Crissor. If you are caught not abiding the set of rules, consequences will be given. Just remember to stay safe!
Section 1 – Rules and Guidelines
1.0 - Basic Rules
1. No spamming, swearing or inappropriate language, this will result in being muted or kicked.
2. No dancing, sitting, using all caps or effects in base.
3. Respect all [LAPD] employees whatever their, rank, gender, orientation or race.
4. Employees below SWAT must wear the [LAPD] uniform at all times.
5. Do not use colour chat unless you are 3ic+.
6. Absolutely no double jobbing! This will result in immediate termination.
7. No trolling, this will result in being fired, kicked or banned.
8. No stealing members or poaching members to leave, please respect other agencies.
9. No advertising in base.
10. All [LAPD] employees must wear their correct badge at all times.
11. Do not ask for promotions, these are to be earned and deserved.
12. Masks and large items of headwear are not permitted in HQ.
1.1 - General Commands
ATT (Attention) – Stand up, wave, and say yes sir/ma’am.
FTF (Fill the front) – Sit at any of the desks at the front and greet others and offer jobs.
FTB (Fill the back) – Go to the back seats and wait for a station to open up.
FTS (Fill the security) – Work in the Security area and make sure only members come in.
BTB (Back to base) – Go back to the [LAPD] main base, no questions asked.
AE (At ease) – Continue what you were doing, if you are in ATT, wait until you hear AE.
1.2 - Promotion Policies
Refer to rank list.
1.3 - Dress Code
The LAPD wants to keep their members as best dressed as possible.
However, their is only a uniform rule for Standard rank members. Everyone else is free from using official uniform and can be free dressed.
1.4 - Room Rights
Muting Regulations
- Low Ranks to Middle Ranks are subjected to 10 minutes mute pertaining to violation of Service act
- High ranks can only be muted on the basis of inflicting extreme verbal attacks or refusing to follow the chain of command with numerous and clear warnings given to both situation
-Room mute is only usable during a room raid
Banning and Kicking regulations
- Do not ban a Higher rank
-Middle Ranks and Low Ranks can be kicked only for multiple breaches of Services Act
-Middle Ranks and Low Ranks can be banned for only for extreme verbal abuse, disrespecting Higher ranks and refusing order
-The ability to move furniture, demolish rooms is strictly forbidden.
Failure to comply with the points outlined within the Room Rights Act. will lead to disqualification of rights, in extreme cases a dishonourable discharge may be presented.
1.5 - Personal Assistants
OOA + are all entitled to personal assistants.

Section 2 - Consequences
2.1 - Consequences
Trashing/Disloyalty to [LAPD]
Showing any disloyalty towards The LAPD will cause automatic removal and being placed on our National Punishment.
Disobeying Commands
You will be called to ATT multiple times. If you still decided to not cooperate you will be kicked.
Infringing Basic Rules
A warning will be given and if it continues, strike 1 will be given.
Breaking Dress Code
Not following the dress code after being repeatedly asked may result in an immediate strike, having three strikes will lead to a demotion. The above masks/hat are not permitted.
Disrespecting Senior Members
Disrespecting senior members of the LAPD will result in a demotion if done repeatedly. If said member persists, temporary suspension is advised.
2.2 - Kick on Sight
Members who are displayed on the Kick on Sight (KoS) page on the site are not allowed to re-join the [LAPD]
If they are seen in base they are to be immediately kicked.
Section 3 – Structures
3.1 - Strike System
TBD and above may strike other members.
Warning 1 – Warning to the member, a warning means you should improve your work ethic, but not worry too much.
Strike 1 – The member has continued to do wrong and they’re given a strike. x1 is added to their motto.
Strike 2 – A demotion is issued, x2 is added to their motto.
Strike 3 – They have proved that they are not improving. x3 is added to their motto.
3.2 - Court System
The court system is ran by the Legislative Unit.
Legislative Divison has the power to bring back any fired member if they are proven innocent.
The trials are held in the [LAPD]’s Supreme Court.
3.3 - Pay System
Paid 3 times a day. 1c each time section or the choice of double promotion.
The Pay times are as followed;
- 8am GMT
- 2pm GMT
- 7pm GMT
Alliances are always important when it comes to running a great agency. They are to be treated with utmost respect. We have several rules when it comes to allies there is always those members that causes problems with them and don’t know if there allies at the time of their acts. The rules for allies are listed here:
Do not raid or troll an allied base, it could cause loss of allies’ trust and even destroy an alliance all together.
Do not mistreat an allied member inside LAPD unless they are in fact causing a disturbance such as raiding, trolling, or saying hateful things.
Allies are allowed the VIP badge. All user of an allied agency is allowed the Special Visitor badge.
